300g Shelled Fresh Broad Beans
1 clove garlic
100g Feta Cheese
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parseley
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 tsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sliced Crusty Bread
Olive oil to drizzle
Extra Feta Cheese to grate on top
Small Salad leaves to decorate
Place the bread on a large baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in a 180c oven for 10 minutes to crisp a little.

Remove Bread from oven, smear generously with green bean paste, place some small salad leaves on top and grate feta cheese all over.
